Numen — Delete your account
Last updated: 2026-10-06
This page is for deleting a Numen (previously "Reverie") account and the data attached to it, as required by Google Play's account-deletion policy. It works whether or not you still have the app.
What is deleted
- your journal entries and settings stored in our cloud backup (only present if you signed in);
- images Numen generated for you;
- your usage record (the weekly image and reading counters, kept for up to 30 days so deletion cannot reset the limits, then removed);
- your sign-in record (the email address you used with Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google).
Entries that live only on your device are removed by deleting the app. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription; cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account (see the Support page).
Option 1 — in the app (immediate)
Open Numen → Settings → Delete my data → confirm. Everything above is erased at once.
Option 2 — without the app (within 30 days)
Email appfactory.acc@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Numen account" from the email address you used to sign in. We verify that the address matches the account, delete everything above within 30 days, and confirm by email.
If you only ever used Numen without signing in, we hold no account for you: deleting the app removes your data.
